الخدمة
نساعدك على إيجاد قطعة الغيار المناسبة: تكتب رقم القطعة أو وصفها، فنبحث في متاجر ومصادر متعددة ونعرض لك العروض المتاحة وقت البحث. ويمكنك أن تطلب منا تأمين القطعة، فنتواصل معك لتأكيد التوافق والسعر النهائي ومدة التوفير قبل أي التزام.
الأسعار والتوفر
- الأسعار المعروضة في نتائج البحث مرجعية كما ظهرت لدى المصادر وقت البحث، وقد تتغير.
- السعر النهائي الملزم هو الذي نؤكده لك قبل التأمين: نرسل لك عرض سعر مكتوباً يبيّن الإجمالي بالريال السعودي شاملاً ضريبة القيمة المضافة 15%، ورسوم التوصيل، والموعد المتوقع للتسليم، ولا يصبح الطلب ملزماً إلا بعد موافقتك عليه.
- لا يُطلب منك أي دفع عبر الموقع حالياً؛ يتم الدفع عند تأكيد الطلب بالوسائل المتاحة، ومنها خيارات التقسيط لدى شركائنا المرخّصين (مثل تابي وتمارا ومدفوع) وفق شروط كل منهم.
التوافق مع سيارتك
نتائج البحث لا تثبت وحدها توافق القطعة مع سيارتك. نؤكد التوافق معك قبل التأمين، ويساعد ذكر رقم الهيكل (VIN) على الدقة. أنت مسؤول عن صحة البيانات التي تقدّمها.
الطلب والتأكيد
يُعد الطلب ملزماً بعد تأكيدنا لك السعر والتوافق والمدة وموافقتك عليها. ونرسل لك فاتورة ضريبية عند البيع.
التوصيل والتأخير
نوضح مدة التوصيل ورسومه في عرض السعر عند تأكيد الطلب، وتختلف حسب مصدر القطعة ومدينتك. ونبلغك مسبقاً بأي تأخير متوقع وسببه والموعد الجديد.
إذا تأخر التسليم أكثر من 15 يوماً عن الموعد المتفق عليه، أو عن تاريخ إبرام الطلب إن لم يُتفق على موعد، يحق لك فسخ الطلب واسترداد ما دفعته كاملاً مع ما ترتب عليه من تكاليف، ما لم يكن التأخير بسبب قوة قاهرة أو باتفاق معك على تمديد الموعد.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال والضمان
تخضع لـسياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.
الاستخدام المقبول
لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة لأغراض غير نظامية، ولا محاولة تعطيلها أو استخراج بياناتها آلياً، ولا تقديم طلبات وهمية.
المحتوى والملكية
الشعار والتصميم والنصوص ملك للمنشأة. أسماء القطع والعلامات التجارية تعود لأصحابها وتُذكر للتعريف فقط. الصور المعروضة قد تكون مرجعية وتختلف عن القطعة الفعلية.
حدود المسؤولية
نبذل العناية المعقولة في دقة النتائج، ولا نتحمل ما ينتج عن تركيب قطعة دون تأكيد توافقها معنا، أو عن تغيّر الأسعار لدى المصادر قبل التأكيد، وذلك في حدود ما يسمح به النظام ودون إخلال بحقوقك النظامية كمستهلك.

نعالج بياناتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.
الشكاوى
نستقبل الشكاوى عبر وسائل التواصل أدناه ونرد عليها خلال 7 أيام عمل. ويحق لك التقدّم إلى وزارة التجارة.

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، وتختص بالنظر في النزاعات الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.

The service
We help you find the right spare part: you enter a part number or description, we search several stores and sources and show the offers available at the time of the search. You can ask us to source the part; we then contact you to confirm fitment, final price and lead time before any commitment.
Prices and availability
- Prices in search results are indicative, as shown by the sources at search time, and may change.
- The binding price is the one we confirm before sourcing: we send you a written quotation stating the total in Saudi riyals including 15% VAT, the delivery fee and the expected delivery date, and the order becomes binding only once you accept it.
- No payment is taken on the site at present; payment is made when the order is confirmed by the available methods, including instalment options with our licensed partners (such as Tabby, Tamara and Madfu) under their respective terms.
Fitment
Search results alone do not prove that a part fits your vehicle. We confirm fitment with you before sourcing; giving your VIN improves accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide.
Orders
An order becomes binding once we confirm price, fitment and lead time and you accept them. A tax invoice is issued on sale.
Delivery and delays
Delivery time and fees are stated in the quotation when the order is confirmed and depend on the source and your city. We notify you in advance of any expected delay, its reason and the new date.
If delivery is more than 15 days late beyond the agreed date, or beyond the date the order was concluded where no date was agreed, you may rescind the order and recover everything you paid together with any costs incurred, unless the delay results from force majeure or you agreed to extend the date.

Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, try to disrupt it, scrape it automatically, or submit fake requests.
Content
The logo, design and text belong to the company. Part names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Pictures may be reference images and differ from the actual part.
Liability
We take reasonable care over the accuracy of results. To the extent permitted by law, and without affecting your statutory consumer rights, we are not liable for fitting a part without confirming fitment with us, or for source price changes before confirmation.
Privacy
We process your data under the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law; the competent Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
